Misa Heavenly White base with Finger Paints Easel Come, Easel Go french tips (two coats of tips):
Not that I'm biased, but this is the perfect white: completely opaque and streak-free in two coats.

Adding OPI Malaga Wine and Orly Witch's Blue (not very appropriate for the occasion, but...):
